While there are some 1-story homes in Kingwood, Elm Grove, the newer section is a mix of both one and two story homes. They also feature different builders.

In addition to the indoor community center available to residents to rent for events, there is also 2 gazebos to hold outdoor events. There is also a full tennis court in addition to the pool for residents to use free of charge. Despite its more affordable pricing to buy a home in Elm Grove, it is not short on ammenties and far exceeds some of the more expensive neighborhoods.
Schools in Elm Grove
Best of all, Elm Grove features Elm Grove Elementary school for neighborhood children. The school is one of the larger in Kingwood and have state of the art facillties. Children for the most part attend Kingwood Middle School but there is access to Creekwook Middle School. In the save vein, although Elm Grove is part of KPark, students may choose Kingwood High School in some circumstances.
